Note: For Quick charge voltage, like 9V 2A or 12V 1.5A, please make sure the device you have used supports PD or QC Protocol and your device supports 9V 2A or 12V 1.5A, then it will show 9V 2A or 12V 1.5A, otherwise, it will show 5V.

Precautions

1. The battery cannot be used if its outer skin is damaged.2. Pointed batteries cannot be used, only flat batteries can be used.3.the voltage is in line with 3.2V-4.2V4. The positive and negative poles need to be placed and used correctly.5. Do not use or install in a high temperature environment.

6. Charging power depends on your device, for example: 9V-2A, if your device supports 9V-2A, and make sure your device supports PD function, then it will automatically jump to 9V-2A, if not, it will not jump. So that's why the customer said our product can't reach 9V-2A.
